Communication
Rules: Communications should be immediate, concise and direct. When speaking with someone, be 100% present - no multitasking.

Time-sensitive: Instant messenger, text, phone, or in-person.
Detailed explanations or getting thoughts in order: Voicemail or email
Personal or sensitive issues: One-on-one phone or in-person.
Needs documentation: Email or text.
