Packaging: Financials (P&L, balance sheet, tax returns, tax implications, data), operational readiness (stoplight reports, documented systems, key relationship transfer, clean contracts, growth potential - capital + systems, legal structure (entity documents, assignable contracts, license, insurance and bonding, buy-sell agreements, non-competes, transition agreements, employee agreements)
Pathway: summary and valuation, approach investors, support due diligence with organized data, finalize the transition.
