Reporting

Purpose: To track and report our team’s effectiveness and measure the health of our company.

Stoplight Report

• Create the Stoplight Report from the Template.

• Analyze the SIPOC

  • Supply (Where do our leads come from?) 

  • Input (How do we qualify them?) 

  • Process (How is the purchase made?) 

  • Output (How did we deliver to them with time and value?) 

  • Customer (What was the customer’s experience?)

• Add the Success Metric and other KPI’s. These show up between each part of the SIPOC.

• Add the owner.

• Add the source of the KPI’s.

• Add the weekly target and make adjustments.
