Marketing & Sales
We dominate the market by focusing exclusively on our core products. We design these products and services around the customer’s unique needs, thoughtful, immediate and consistent customer service, the latest high-tech equipment and personal and corporate integrity. We use extraordinarily efficient communication tools and protocols. We have a systematic way of tracking marketing metrics and have a clearly defined marketing plan. We know who our target customer is and how to reach them with the right messaging that leads to sales.
Operations
We operate with a near flawless level of project execution, based on quality and speed. Our company systems are documented and reviewed regularly. If there is an issue, we can quickly identify where it went wrong in the system and have a clearly defined way of rectifying it. Each team strategically develops and rigorously follows and maintains its core systems. Every member of the team follows these steps precisely and with personal discipline and integrity; however, these systems can be refined and modified instantly if needed.
Finance
Our numbers are easily accessible. We can produce a Profit & Loss at any time and have a dashboard of key numbers that allow us to see at any moment how we are doing as a business. Our books are clean and organized. We ensure our team and vendors are paid on-time, and we carry minimal debt.
Personnel
We have clearly defined roles within the company. Everyone on the team knows to whom they are accountable. We hire and manage to ensure that the right person is always in the right seat within the business. Our team is the key driver of our success: the result of having a loyal, smart, fast, hardworking, well-equipped, long-term and well-compensated team is superior products and quality service to our customers. We have backup personnel for all positions.

Every result comes through a sequence of steps - a simple system. The key is to design, control and maintain the best systems to produce the result. To design these systems, we simply isolate and improve each part so it's simple, fast and smooth. We follow the order of operation: eliminate, simplify, accelerate and automate.
Touch it Once
Speed is fundamental to our success. If we touch it, we take immediate action. This pace demands that we simplify the important and operate within fast, simple systems with calm urgency.
Systems
Purpose: To create and modify systems to create clear workflows, systems and standards for the team. These systems must be rigidly followed but can be instantly modified should the need arise.
System Creation
Name the System. The system will be categorized under the responsible team (i.e. marketing team) and should be named with common sense (no jargon).
Specify the result and purpose. In the Purpose, specify the result we must have and the reason it must be done. Provide any essential information such as explanations, policies, timing, quantities, owner, etc.
Map out the Workflow. The process would be the workflow of the whole system and defined by headers.
Create the Steps. Within the process, create the steps and work closely with the owner of the the system and have leadership and the owner sign off on it. Create links to any resources, photos, videos, etc.
Test and optimize the System. Walk through the entire system. Can this system be deleted? Can we simplify or optimize it? Can we accelerate it? Can we automate this?
Submit the System. Submit the system through this form.
System Update
Receive the Update. Receive a system update email and confirm with the team lead.
Create or modify the page. Log into Squarespace > Page > Settings > Make the page/navigation title/URL Slug (company - department - procedure)
Create the System. Copy, paste and form the Title, Purpose, Process and Steps and any files onto the page. Make sure it’s compatible in both desktop and mobile view.
Link to the Company Page. Create a button under the correct team and link it to the system page.
Notify the Team. Send a message to the company to notify them of the updated system.
